FAQ

Do you do custom design? Absolutely! We can create something that is uniquely you! Whatever your style, it is important to us that your wedding invitations reflect your personality. We can “tweak” a design that you like from our portfolio, or we can build something totally custom just for you.

What if I see a design on your website that I like, but want to make some changes? Sure, we can do that! We can change colors, fonts, layouts, etc to any of the designs in our portfolio.

When should I place my order? If you sign a contract with us we will lay out a timeline that fits your stationery needs. However, we would recommend ordering 8-10 weeks prior to the date you would like to have your invitations in the mail. If you are ordering a party invitation, we would recommend ordering 2-4 weeks in advance.

What kind of paper do you use? We print on 100# white/ivory smooth cover. However, there are many paper options out there, so if you want something with a texture or metallic look, then we can print on that as well. The world of paper is endless, so we can help you find the perfect paper for your event!

What about ink colors? We print 4-color process, so you can print as many colors as you like and there is no additional charge. We can match just about any color! However, due to printing in 4 color process, your color might not be exact, so that’s why we like to show you a printed proof.

Do you have standard pricing? Because every job is so different, we quote each job separately, so technically we don’t have standard pricing.

Can you assemble invitations?
Yes! But there is an additional fee for assembly and the fee depends on the complexity of the assembly.

Calligraphy? Not our expertise, but we can recommend some wonderful calligraphers.

When should I mail my wedding invitations? We recommend mailing 6-10 weeks prior to your big day. If you have a lot of out of town guests, or if your wedding falls on a holiday weekend, you will want to mail further out, probably 10 weeks ahead of time so that your guests have time to make their accommodations.

When should I mail my Save-the-dates? We recommend mailing 6 months to a year before your wedding.
